On Friday, 6th February 2009 at 11:00pm Brighton Wok: The Legend of Ganja Boxing will be playing at the legendary Duke of York’s Cinema in Brighton.
Beat has named Brighton Wok as one of his 5 favourite films of 2008.
Timeslip, the latest retailer in Brighton to sell the Brighton Wok DVD, has reported record sales over Christmas. We’re looking forward to working with Mick and the Timeslip crew in 2009.
Film Threat, the legendary movie magazine now in its online phase, reviewed Brighton Wok on Boxing Day.

Merry Christmas for 2008 everybody!
And a Happy New Year for 2009. Thanks to Matt Wyles for the cool Xmas card. Matt’s been working on Vafan in Venice, the Brighton Wok comic.
December’s been a great month for Brighton Wok. The DVD is now available at Timeslip and the Marketplace in Brighton. There is a Christmas Party on December 22nd at The Marlborough in Brighton - hope to see you there for a screening, DJs and drinks.

The Classic and Cult film shop in the North Laines now stocks the Brighton Wok DVD. Timeslip has been selling DVD’s in Brighton for several years and has many loyal customers. We’re looking forward to working with Mick and the staff there.
Brighton Wok is playing at the Marlborough Theatre in Brighton centre on Monday, 22nd December.
The Marlborough is a great venue on the Old Steine opposite the Royal Pavilion. It’s recently been kitted out with a new projector and screen. We’ll be playing the film a couple of times on the night, with drinks and DJs downstairs all night.
